NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - New Orleans Police are investigating a double shooting that left a 50-year-old man dead and another injured.
Neighbors say a man killed in an Algiers shooting Sunday was cutting someone's hair when gunmen approached.
The incident occurred Sunday around 12:15 p.m. in the 2800 block of Kent Drive in Algiers. New Orleans police say three men opened fire outside of the home.
A 50-year-old man died at the scene and a 23-year old was injured. Neighbors say the 50-year-old worked as a barber in the neighborhood, cutting hair at homes around the community.
