NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Airport officials and representatives with Branson Air Express announced Wednesday that the airline will now offer non-stop service to Branson, Cincinnati and Cancun.
Wednesday's announcement brings the total to 13 airlines now operating out of Louis Armstrong International, with 45 non-stop routes.
The service starts May 6 to Branson and Cincinnati for $99 each way. The flights to Cancun begin May 7 at $199 each way.
The flights will run three times per week to each destination. Each MD-83 jet carries a maximum of 150 passengers.
Branson Air Express is operated by Orange Air. Tickets will be available directly on the Branson Air Express website.
