NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - With lots of sunshine and dry air, yesterday was able to get into the 70s for afternoon highs. Today, a little cooler with temps in the mid-60s.
Lots of sunshine today and mostly sunny through the rest of the week. Another cold front pushes through, reinforcing the cool air by late Thursday.
This weekend, an upper disturbance coming in from the Pacific Ocean will increase clouds on Saturday and showers by Sunday.
Rain does look to hold off for Saturday, but Sunday looks very wet - not good news for parades on Sunday.
Next week begins sunny and cold behind another cold front.
