Cut Off man killed in Lafourche Parish crash

THIBODAUX, La. (AP) - State police say a 29-year-old Cut Off man died in a single vehicle crash on Louisiana Highway 308 in Lafourche Parish.

Trooper Evan Harrell says in a news release that Tyler Cheramie was travel north of Highway 308 Wednesday night when his pickup crossed the centerline, ran off the road and hit a utility pole and a driveway culvert.

Harrell says Cheramie, who was not properly restrained, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lafourche Coroner's Office.
