NEW ORLEANS (AP) - A New Orleans man has pleaded guilty in a federal cocaine case.
The U.S. Attorney's Office said Thursday that 47-year-old Dwyane (Dwane) A. Tillman pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine. The news release from U.S. Attorney Kenneth Polite (poh-LEET') says the charge carries a possible 40-year prison sentence.
Prosecutors said Tillman was arrested after police caught him at an Amtrak station in Schriever with cocaine in his duffel bag.
Sentencing was set for May 13.
