Police: Members of 'New Boyz' gang arrested in Bourbon Street brawl

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

A multi-agency investigation had resulted in the arrests of three suspects and a search for a fourth involved in a Feb. 1 brawl outside a French Quarter nightclub, according to State Police spokeswoman Melissa Matey.

Matey said the four are members of the “New Boyz” group and were planning another altercation this weekend.

Demetrius Domingues, Potong Tom Davis Jr. and Jovon Murrey were arrested Friday morning at a home in Kenner. Police are still looking for Enrique “Kique Wolf” Alvarado. They face charges that include criminal trespassing, disturbing the peace by fighting, simple criminal damage to property and probation violations.

The altercation took place in the early hours of Sunday morning in front of the Bourbon Heat club in the 700 block of Bourbon Street.

The arrests were a collaborative effort between the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations, New Orleans Police Department, LASAFE Fusion Center, Louisiana Probation and Parole, and Jefferson Parish Criminal Intelligence Center.
