NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - With a disturbance heading our way Monday, rain is in the forecast. But it looks to wrap up by late Monday night.

Temperatures Monday afternoon will be in the low 70s bringing increasing winds. A Wind Advisory is in effect for the Southshore through Monday night.
This could be an issue for the double-decker floats. It will still be breezy overnight Monday and into Tuesday, but not as strong.
Showers arrive by Monday afternoon and continue through the evening. It will not be a constant downpour and several breaks are expected. Temperatures plummet overnight into the 30s!
Tuesday will see some clearing by the midday and afternoon, but highs will be in the 40s.
