NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - At this time of the year it's rare to have long stretches of sunny, nice weather.
This weekend will be no exception as we'll see lots of clouds, some sunny breaks and several shower periods. We'll bounce up into the 70s on Saturday with a few passing showers.
Sunday another front arrives with morning temps near 70s tumbling into the 40s by dark.
Some showers will be with the front and could linger into Monday.
Next week looks rather cold and dreary as the front stalls along our coast.
