Police seek person of interest in Saint Claude Avenue murder

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

New Orleans Police have named a person of interest in the murder of a 45-year-old man. The incident occurred Saturday around 6:00 p.m. near the intersection of St. Claude Avenue and Pauger Street.

Police say that 72-year-old Donald "Bilal" Williams may have critical information that could help investigators with the case. The shooting victim was found, shot multiple times. He later died at the hospital.
