Even with the increase in clouds Sunday should turn out to be a pleasant day with filtered sunshine and warm temperatures. The high pressure overhead is slowly moving east allowing for winds to turn more easterly.
Temperatures on Sunday will start out in the upper 30's on the north shore and 40's south. Expect a relatively warm afternoon with highs in the upper 60's. A few locations may hit the 70 degree mark.
In the upper levels moisture is getting dragged over the region with a strong upper low to the west forcing pacific moisture north. A low will develop along the Texas coast triggering showers that will last through most of the week.
