Coroner identifies man, woman found fatally shot in Algiers

A man and woman were found shot to death in Algiers on Sunday morning. The Orleans Parish Coroner has identified the victims.

Paul Forbes Jr., 58, and Carisa Wiltz, 40, were found dead Sunday morning.

Police say that Forbes and Wiltz were found inside of a silver Volkswagen Jetta. Their bodies were found around 7 a.m. in a parking lot on the 3500 block of Vespasian Boulevard.

Officers say Forbes was in the driver's seat and Wiltz was in the back seat. Both victims were shot in the head.
