NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - A weak front has stalled over north Louisiana and Mississippi as an upper disturbance triggers some showers and thunderstorms.
The heaviest downpours will stay to our north, and most showers will be gone before midnight. Thursday and Friday will be warm and mostly dry with a slim chance for a stray shower. Higher rain chances return over the weekend with the best rain chances after dark on Saturday into the morning hours on Sunday.
No real cold air is in sight. In fact, temps will feel like spring – which arrives Friday at 5:45 p.m.
