(WVUE) - Although it has certainly felt like spring for the last several weeks, the season officially begins at 5:45 p.m. Friday.
There is a chance for an isolated shower Friday afternoon and highs in the low 80s. An upper disturbance, that is currently well to our west, will be the trigger for showers this weekend.
The upper low will weaken as it approaches, and it doesn't appear to be a wash out.
In fact, most of Saturday looks dry with showers increasing later in the day and more rain on Sunday. However, there should be plenty of breaks in the rain so hopefully most of the Irish-Italian parade is rain-free.
