Two shot, one killed in the French Quarter

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

Two men were shot near Bourbon Street in the French Quarter early this morning killing one of them.

According to NOPD, a 25-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were shot on the 700 block of Conti Street around 5:00 a.m on March 21. Both victims were transported to the hospital where the 25-year-old died. The condition of the other victim is unknown.

Investigators are in the process of gathering evidence and information to identify suspects, as well as motives for this incident.
