NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans police want the public's help in finding a man who may have critical information regarding the murder of 20-year-old Bruce Tims.
The incident happened March 21 shortly after 5 a.m. at the intersection of Bourbon and Conti streets.
When officers got to the scene they found Tims and a 28-year-old man shot. Both victims were taken to a hospital, where Tims later died.
The second victim is recovering from his injuries.
