Police: 16-year-old boy carjacked

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - New Orleans Police say someone carjacked a 16-year-old boy in Gentilly.

It happened just before 8 a.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Sumpter St., about two blocks from Elysian Fields.

Police say the teen told officers a man placed an object to his back and demanded his keys. The man got away in the victim's vehicle.
