NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The rain from last nights cold front is moving out as cooler high pressure moves in.
Temperatures and dew points fell behind the front with strong north winds pushing as far south as the central Gulf Of Mexico. Get those outdoor plans going for the weekend as we will see dry and pleasant conditions.
Saturday will be pleasant with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Even with warmer temperatures and slightly higher humidity starting Sunday, the rest of the weekend will remain dry and pleasant. Highs in the 80s well above our long term averages return for next week.
