ST. BERNARD PARISH, LA (WVUE) - Louisiana State Police has issued a Level II Endangered/Missing Child Advisory for a five-week-old, missing since Friday. The advisory, sent on behalf of the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Department, is for Tristan Cayden Douglas.

A St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Department spokesperson says that the department is working with the FBI on the case. Douglas was last seen Friday morning at the home of his babysitter, located on Guerra Drive in Violet. The babysitter is identified as 48-year-old Sarah Harris.

According to police, Douglas is believed to be with Harris. She is described as an African-American female, 5-foot-7, weighing 130 pounds. She may be driving a black 2014 Dodge Charger with a Louisiana license plate reading YCR602.

Police say that Douglas's mother Takisha Douglas, of Slidell and Harris's boyfriend both spoke to Harris around mid-day Friday. She told both that she was taking the child to a grocery store in New Orleans. Authorities say that was the last time she has been heard from.

Douglas is described as an African-American child with black hair and brown eyes. He is 2-feet tall, weighing eight pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray and white striped "onesie" with a raccoon or fox on the front.

Police believe that Douglas may be in danger. If you have any information that could help locate Tristan Cayden Douglas or Sarah Harris, you are asked to call the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office Immediately at 504-271-2501.
