Eat your way through the Crescent City... Really

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - There are ghosts in the streets of New Orleans, and just about anywhere else Google Maps are available.

Google is letting users turn just about any location into a game of Pac-Man, staring the iconic 80s video game character. Avoid Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde as you try to navigate your way from Treme to the Superdome, or anywhere else in the city.

Just go to Google Maps, find a location you where you want to play and click the Pac-Man icon in the bottom left of the screen. Google says the Pac-Hack works on mobile devices in some areas, as well.

Just use the directional arrows on your keyboard to move the yellow wonder around the screen. And there's a quick mute button for those of us who are playing at work, repeatedly.

Several gaming websites say this is an early April Fools' Day gag.
