NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - It will be warm and humid for the next few days. We do have a few light sprinkles around this morning. That appears to be the only rainfall today as an upper feature moves east.
Most of the energy with this system is well to our north. Dry and warm for much of the day Good Friday with some showers by late in the evening as a cold front moves into the area.
We'll see some showers along the front Saturday morning with clearing skies and falling temps once the front is through. Timing is still a question as one model has any rain gone by 6 a.m. and another by mid-morning before noon.
Either way, it does not appear as though we will receive much rainfall. Sunny and cool Saturday and mostly sunny Easter Sunday with highs in the mid 70s. We're back to the 80s Monday.
