NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Entergy New Orleans will have to cut the power to 19 Uptown customers on April 8.
The utility company says it needs to do this to allow crews with the Southeast Louisiana Urban Flood Control Project to work safely around power lines.
The outage is planned for 9 a.m. around the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Willow streets. Most customers should have power back in approximately three hours, while others may have to wait as long as 3 p.m.
Entergy New Orleans says it will directly contact the customers who will be impacted.
