HANOVER, PA (WVUE) -

Last month, a web camera caught images of a bald eagle, perched on a snow-covered nest and keeping its eggs warm. The image went viral on the internet and made it into newscasts.

Here's the happy update: the eaglets have hatched and two attentive parents are watching over them.

The nest is in Hanover, PA. The first eggs of 2015 were spotted in February and hatched in late March. The Pennsylvania Game Commission expects the fedglings to leave the nest by mid-June or early July.
