NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - We remain in a pattern of daily storm chances.
Some afternoons find the heaviest weather over parts of the metro area, and some days the focus is elsewhere.
There is still a low risk of severe weather Thursday. However, as parts of the area saw yesterday, one storm can develop strong winds and hail.
Flooding will remain as the main concern with storms through Saturday. In fact, our risk of more severe storms increases every day with the greatest risk, a slight risk, on Saturday.
The pattern will finally break down Sunday and a weak cold front moves through on Monday.
