CHICAGO (WVUE) -  With the 31st pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints select Stephone Anthony, an inside linebacker from Clemson. The 6'3", 243 lbs. linebacker was invited to the 2015 Senior Bowl in 2015 and was first-team ALL-ACC in 2014. He was also a Butkus Award semi-finalist.

Anthony will have the chance to start in his rookie season. The Saints released former starter Curtis Lofton after the 2014 season as a cap casualty.

He fills a position of need for the Saints at inside linebacker. The Saints current roster lists four ILB's: Ramon Humber, David Hawthorne, Dannell Ellerbe and Kyle Knox.

The Saints received the 31st pick, along with Center Max Unger, from the Seattle Seahawks in return for Tight End Jimmy Graham.

Georgia holds No. 2 in my poll. Another year of Jake Fromme under center is a great reason to have the Dawgs here. South Carolina ...more>>
