Another splendid day even with a little disturbance that pushed along the coast bringing a few showers and breezy conditions. East southeasterly winds continue to increase moisture with high pressure settled well to our east and the circulation around a mid and upper high directing our weather pattern. We will stay mostly dry with just a very slim chance for rain Tuesday and Wednesday due to plenty of moisture and daily heating.
A developing low pressure system over the Bahamas may impact our weather later in the week. As the low deepens and possibly becomes a subtropical or even early season tropical low it may have enough influence to briefly turn our winds northeast and give us a boost of drier air eliminating our already slim rain chance for Thursday and Friday. Looking ahead to the Mother's Day weekend it appears the nice weather will stick around with just a chance for isolated showers returning to the forecast.
