Our weather pattern is shifting to more of a summer pattern with a strong southeast flow.
Not everyone will get rain, but where the rain does fall it can be quite heavy. Yesterday is a good example, with heavy soakers on the north shore yesterday and only a trace of rain at the airport.
There is still a chance for scattered showers and storms today. We are under a marginal risk for severe weather, but that chance looks slim. Expect around a 40-50% coverage today with a bit less for tomorrow as well and Thursday.
Friday rain coverage could increase again in the afternoon and remain around 40-50% for Saturday. Some afternoon showers are likely into Sunday and Monday.
We're beginning to get into that time of year with rain chances every afternoon.
