Detectives named 26-year-old Jacob Love as one of the shooters in the incident. He was taken into custody and charged with second degree murder.

Two guns were recovered at the scene, and detectives believe a second male subject is still at large. His identity in not known.

The investigation is ongoing and detectives working to establish a motive in the incident. Homicide Detective Rayell Johnson is in charge of the investigation and can be contacted at (504) 658-5300.
