NOPD: Pair wanted in connection with Algiers aggravated assault

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

New Orleans Police are searching for a pair of men wanted in connection with an Algiers aggravated assault. The incident occurred Saturday at 2:30 p.m. near the intersection of Elizardi Boulevard and Lawrence Street.

According to police the 29-year-old victim was engaged in a verbal argument with 20-year-old Keith Anthony Glover over a cell phone. As the victim attempted to leave the area in his vehicle, Glover and an unknown man fired guns towards the victim's vehicle, striking it.

Glover is described as an African American man who is 5'8" tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has dread locks that are around shoulder length. The unknown man is only described as an African American man.
