NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Today's storms formed along a sea breeze boundary and their slow movement resulted in a few neighborhoods getting drenching, heavy rainfall. Expect the same story on Wednesday with rain coverage being only about 30%.
A weak front will approach on Thursday, but it too should lose its identity as it sags into south LA/MS. Expect a few daily storms to bubble up during daytime heating into the weekend.
