ST. TAMMANY PARISH, LA (WVUE) - A former Archbishop Hannan High School teacher was arrested Thursday on drug and other charges, according to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office.
Camille Brennan, of New Orleans, was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of distribution of a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance (marijuana).
According to the Sheriff's Office, on May 1, Brennan gave pot-laced brownies to two juvenile female students at the school. That evening, one of the girl's parent alerted school officials and the school principal contacted the Sheriff's Office.
An investigation was begun and a warrant for Brennan's arrest was issued Wednesday evening.
Detectives said the investigation is ongoing, and other charges may be forthcoming.
