(WVUE) - Ford Motor Company announced two recalls Wednesday for a power steering issue and a damaged fuel tank.
The first recall includes Ford Flex, Taurus, and Fusion models; Lincoln MKS, MKT, and MKZ vehicles; and Mercury Milans all made between 2011 and 2013.
Ford says the electrical connection that controls the power steering can fail, making the vehicle hard to control.
In a separate recall, the company is warning that some 2015 Mustangs with 2.3-liter engines can have a damaged fuel tank because of high underbody temperatures.
Dealers will replace a heat shield and add insulation.
