NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - The earlier line of showers and thunderstorms has moved well east of the area. Lingering light rain will taper off by 4-5pm with mostly dry conditions through the night and mid Thursday morning.
Thursday will be a bit quieter as there are no organized storm systems headed our way. Just plan for the afternoon garden variety showers after the noon hour through 7pm. Friday. Through the weekend shows no major changes. Expect scattered showers and PM storms through Sunday. High will be warm in the 85-90 range and lows in the 70-75 range.
