NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

Normally, it would take someone like Saints head coach Sean Payton to demand quarterback Drew Brees drop and do 10 push-ups. But, when it comes to a good cause, Brees is always up to the challenge.

The #DropAndGiveMe10 push-up challenge is where people push-ups in honor of fallen servicemen and women and donate money to the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation for every pushup they complete. Then the person challenges three others to do the same thing.

On a mobile device? Watch the video here.

TV personality Bear Grylls challenged Brees for the challenge, and he, along with his kids, accepted.

Drew and company easily finished the push-ups. But the person he challenged, a stout defensive coordinator Rob Ryan, might have a little more trouble.
