NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - The remnants of Tropical Storm Bill produce flooding in Texas, Oklahoma and parts of Louisiana.
Flooding in Louisiana remains in the northwest.
Rain chances in southeast Louisiana remain below normal with a slim to no chance of showers on Thursday.
There may be a few isolated showers and storms on Friday and through the weekend. However, chances for showers still remain slim.
High temperatures will be in the low 90s for quite a while.
