Suspect arrested in Harvey double homicide

HARVEY, LA (WVUE) -

A second suspect has been arrested in a Sunday (June 21) double homicide in Harvey.

Police said Jacobie Green, 23, of Marrero, was interviewed and confessed to crime in the 1600 block of Apache Drive. He was booked with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.

An arrest warrant has been issued for a second suspect, 21-year-old Johnell Walker, also of Marrero. Anyone with information on Walker's whereabouts is asked to call the investigation bureau at (504) 364-5300 or Crimestoppers.
