Pair wanted for home invasion in St. John Parish

ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH, LA (WVUE) - St. John Parish Sheriff's Deputies are searching for two men wanted for a home invasion in Reserve. The incident occurred Friday at 11:46 p.m. in the 400 block of Homewood Place.

Police say that two men, ages 33 and 32 were outside there homes talking to each other, when they were approached by two armed men. The gunmen, one armed with a handgun and the other with a rifle, forced the victims into one of the homes. The wife of one of the two victims called 911 from the bathroom. One of the gunmen forced her to the front of the home.

The gunmen ran off with a total of $10. During the incident, one of the male victims and the woman were injured after being hit with the rifle. They both refused medical attention.

The suspects were described as slim black males who were wearing black clothing, black gloves and masks.
