Dryades St. to have low water pressure this week

Residents and businesses along a six-block stretch of Dryades Street can expect to have low water pressure Wednesday night.

Crews are set to work on a water line as part of the Louisiana Avenue Canal- SELA Project.

The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans says the work affects customers between Louisiana Avenue and Constantinople Street.

Customers could begin noticing a drop in pressure around 6 p.m. Wednesday. Water pressure should return to normal around midnight Thursday.
