NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - Today saw few, if any, cooling showers, and the result was highs in the mid- to upper-90s.
In fact, Audubon Park tied their high at 100 degrees. Little relief is expected for Wednesday, but better rain chances arrive for later in the week.
Computer models are beginning to show weak low pressure moving westward south of the Louisiana coast, and that could bring us some much-needed relief from the heat.
With daily showers, look for highs to flirt with records again tomorrow.
