NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - New Orleans police have arrested two men for being in possession of illegal weapons and drugs following an incident in the French Quarter. The incident occurred Tuesday, just before 8 p.m. near the intersection of Esplanade Avenue and Decatur Street.
