NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

Darren Sharper’s sentencing on state charges was scheduled for Friday, but has been postponed until Oct. 15.

Back in June, Sharper admitted to raping three women in New Orleans. A judge set a sentencing for August 21.

However, according to our partners at Nola.com | The Times Picayune, the judge said sentencing could be delayed until trials end for Sharper’s co-defendants Brandon Licciardi and Erik Nunez.

The judge wants to make sure Sharper cooperates.
