NOPD searches for woman accused of stealing from hotel guests

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) -

New Orleans Police want to find a woman who they say stole thousands of dollars from a hotel and its guests. 

They're looking for Catherine Shaw, 34, who is wanted for fraud and theft. 

According to the department, Shaw worked at the Creole Gardens Hotel located at 1415 Prytania Street. The hotel told police that through the year of 2013,  it discovered fraudulent activity.

Through the course of the investigation, detectives learned that Shaw allegedly stole approximately $5,600.00 from the hotel and guests.  

Call New Orleans Police if have any information that could help police find Shaw.
