NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) - When we think of September, we start thinking about cooler fall weather. Yes, It is the start of September, but there is no cool air in sight.
The summer muggies will hang on for at least the next week. Highs will stay in the 90s for the foreseeable future.
Today will be another mostly dry day but a bit of cloud cover from storms to our southwest have been moving overhead at times. We'll begin to see a chance...around 20%...for a few showers by the end of the week and weekend. The tropics are quiet in our part of the world.
