Without our daily showers, we are still at the time of the year where highs will top 90+. A weak surface low has formed over the Gulf, west of Tampa and will drift northward and inland during the day on Tuesday.
Strong upper winds will not allow any development. We'll stay on the dry side meaning highs will top 90+ for the next 1-2 days.
Later this week we'll see increasing rain chances as a weak front approaches. This front will not bring much cooling as it is expected to stall out. We'll have to wait until next week for a real cold front.
