Massive fire destroys condo complex in Orange Beach, AL

ORANGE BEACH, AL (WVUE) -

A massive fire destroyed a condo complex in Orange Beach, AL.

Mayor Tony Kennon sent video from the Island Dunes Condo on Perdido Beach Boulevard. The fire broke out around 3 a.m. Tuesday on Cotton Bayou near Cotton’s Restaurant.

The restaurant and a nearby Re/Max office are threatened, according to Kennon. A wooded area near the two-story condo is also at risk.

No injuries have been reported at this time. There has been no word on what sparked the fire.
