55John EhretThe Patriots are 2-0 despite losing QB Ca'Ron Baham, a Missouri commit, early in their first game. They'll need to continue to rely on a Wildcat-type offensive attack with senior RB Juwan Leonard filling in after an MRI revealed Baham has a torn ACL and will be out for the season.
67McDonogh 35The Roneagles keep working their way up the rankings and will have another change to impress Thursday night against Higgins under the bright lights of Pan-Am Stadium.

Senior QB Jeb Kraft found junior WR Jakyle Holmes three times in an upset of the school which had ended Ponchatoula's last two seasons.
8NRHahnvilleNick Saltaformaggio's squad makes its debut in our Big 8 after a dominant victory over Patterson, 38-7. They host Riverside, who bounced back from their week one loss to Ehret to beat Parkview Baptist, 27-19.
