Running of the Santas

The “Running of the Santas,” the most entertaining, costumed Christmastime tradition in New Orleans, returns to the Warehouse District on December 12. Join us for holiday revelry, the signature “Fun Run,” tasty holiday drinks, savory food and lively music by Flow Tribe and Category 6. Dress up in your favorite and most creative Christmas costume if you want a chance at the Best Holiday Costume Award!

The South Pole kicks off at 2 pm from The Rusty Nail, 1100 Constance St, New Orleans, LA 70130, with a huge outdoor party offering drink specials and great music!  Doors open at 11 am.

At 5:45, the Santas will “RUN” from the “South Pole- Rusty Nail” to the “North Pole – Generations Hall.” Costume contest at 8!  A portion of the proceeds benefits “That Others May Live” Foundation.

Category 6 rocks out from 6:30 – 8 and Flow Tribe closes out the party from 8:30 – 10. Tickets are now available at www.runningofthesantas.com.

    At some point we know that finding the successor to Drew Brees will be the New Orleans Saints’ top priority. What we don’t know is when that time will be. Personally, I don’t think it’s 2017. I’m not particularly enamored with anyone in the draft class and the need at quarterback hasn’t become an absolute must just yet.
