RACELAND, LA (WVUE) -

Four Raceland women and an underage girl face charges for an alleged brawl involving a stun gun and a knife. The Sept. 15 fight sent two people to the hospital.

The Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office says by the time deputies got to the intersection of Triple Oaks Drive and Easy Street, some of the suspects had already left.

Detectives say the fight started with an argument between Joleen Mack, 27, and Casey Howard, 20. Forty-three-year old Deann Mathieu is accused of encouraging the women to keep fighting, and the altercation soon turned physical. Mack allegedly threatened to use a stun gun on Mathieu, and several others got involved in the fight after Mathieu cut Mack with a knife.

Investigators also arrested Kenyatte Fulwiley, 36, and a female juvenile.

Deputies booked Mathieu with aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon. She was released after posting $10,000 bond. Detectives issued a warrant for Mack's arrest on an aggravated assault charge. Mack, Fulwiley and the juvenile face misdemeanor charges.
