NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Thursday marks the first full day of Fall, but it certainly doesn't feel like it.
High temperatures will once again climb into the upper 80s to even near 90 in a few locations.
Rain chances remain primarily along the coast, but it is not out of the question to see a few pass through inland.
There are no major changes through the weekend, but tropical moisture will become abundant by Monday. Computer models have been hinting at some feature coming into the southern and eastern Gulf from the Yucatan early next week.
The Gulf looks relatively hostile during this time and any organization could be difficult. However, this disturbance will likely increase rain chances through the middle of next week. We'll keep an eye on it.
