NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

The NOPD has wrapped up its investigation into a Labor Day incident allegedly involving Saints defensive end Cam Jordan.

No criminal charges have been filed, but the case is being turned over to the Orleans district attorney’s office.

Police said the incident occurred early Sunday morning at the Republic nightclub in the 800 block of S. Peters Street. They said a woman and her boyfriend were inside the club when they got into an altercation with Jordan. The man and woman accused Jordan of slapping the woman on her backside and then getting into a scuffle with her boyfriend.
