S&WB: Portion of Lower Ninth Ward to experience low water pressure on Tuesday

NEW ORLEANS, LA (WVUE) -

Officials with the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board announce that some residents and business owners in the Lower Ninth Ward will experience low water pressure on Tuesday. The low water pressure, which will last from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., will be caused by new water lines being tied in to the area by Command Construction Company, according to a Sewerage and Water Board spokesperson.  

The streets that will be affected are: 

Tricou Street from North Dorgenois Street to North Derbigny Street
St. Maurice Street from North Dorgenois Street to North Derbigny Street
North Rocheblave Street from Tupelo Street to Delery Street
North Tonti Street from Tupelo Street to Delery Street
North Miro Street and Tupelo Street to Delery Street
North Galvez Street and Tupelo Street to Delery Street
North Johnson Street and Tupelo Street to St. Maurice Street
North Prieur Street and Tupelo Street to St. Maurice Street
